Welcome to Campaign Finder. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Chrome extension, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Campaign Finder ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Campaign Finder is a Chrome extension that helps Amazon influencers and content creators identify Creator Connections campaigns that match their storefront products. Our Service:

• Scans your Amazon storefront products (ASINs)
• Matches them with available Creator Connections campaigns
• Provides a dashboard to view potential earning opportunities
• Offers automated scanning and notification features

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have an active Amazon Influencer account to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Starter Plan: $4.99/month - Scan & compare up to 100 ASINs, basic support
• Pro Plan: $9.99/month - Unlimited ASINs, advanced matching, detailed reporting, priority support

4.2 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without charge.

4.3 Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service for legitimate business purposes related to Amazon influencer activities.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to compete with us or create a similar service

6. Amazon Integration and Data Privacy

6.1 Local Processing Only

Our extension operates entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your Amazon storefront data, product information (ASINs), or campaign matching results to our servers. All processing happens locally in your browser.

6.2 No Data Collection

You retain complete control and ownership of your Amazon data. Campaign Finder never accesses, stores, or processes your storefront information on our servers. Your privacy is protected by design.

6.3 Amazon Independence

Campaign Finder is an independent service not affiliated with Amazon. Amazon's terms of service apply to your use of their platform. We are not responsible for Amazon's availability, functionality, or terms.

6.4 Information Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate campaign information, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Creator Connections campaign data, as this information is sourced from Amazon's public interfaces.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

Campaign Finder and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by us. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7.2 Your Data Rights

You retain complete ownership and control of all your Amazon data, product information, and storefront content. Since we never collect or store this data, no license or data processing agreement is required. Your data stays on your device at all times.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or updates.

8.2 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination
